Returns / Changes

Returns are not accepted because all products are made to order and chosen by the customer. You have the right to return your order or part of it free of charge if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product and in this case the shipping costs are borne by the company.

Please note that returns / changes are only accepted if:

1. Contact the Customer Service Department at 2105735522 from 10 am to 6 pm
2. The product has not been used
3. Prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (cards).
4. No parts have been removed or any modifications made.
5. All product accessories such as box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product
6. Send the products to us via ACS courier after consultation with us.

Please make sure the shipping packaging is safe so as not to cause any damage during transport.
We inform you that SO CUTE CUT be responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return.
In the event of a return of the products due to our fault, you can either request a change with another product or a refund. Your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. We inform you that SO CUTE CUT does not bear any responsibility for any damages and damages of the products after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace.
Please note that it is not possible to change or return seasonal or available items.
